Linkages mapped areas relevant to the customer, providing addresses and what type of establishment occupies the corners of interest. This study allowed OXXO to be more assertive in prospecting locations to open new units and, consequently, reduce the team's working time, as our mapping presents the possibility of filtering the areas that truly meet the client's requirements.

A fresh food chain from Maranhão that, since 2017, has prided itself on delivering health and happiness, needed to make more informed business decisions. To assist with this, Linkages carried out research with various insights into the local consumption of açaí, possible points generating customer flow, characterization of the regions of São Luís by consumer income, analysis of competitors and analysis of delivery potential. In this way, the company today has in its hands a straight-to-the-point report with the information it needs to decide its direction.
DuPeixe
DuPeixe is a platform that connects fish sellers and buyers at different points in the trade chain. In its entry phase, Linkages mapped the market potential in the city of Campinas. The primary objective of the analysis was to identify the particularities of commercial dynamics and generate business opportunities for DuPeixe. To do this, we formulate a report with data, insights and directions for the investor group, saving time and minimizing risks for the operation.

The TENDA construction brand, which operates mainly in the off-site construction segment, needed to optimize the search for new land for expansion. To achieve this, Linkages developed a solution capable of optimizing the search for areas and land considering pre-defined parameters and relevant layers of information about the target territory for decision making. This way, we guarantee a faster and more efficient process with a complete overview of the municipalities.

The Joy School
Linkages maps new units at The Joy School, a bilingual school. The study considered the analysis of demographics and income, identification of the persona, presence of competitors, main routes, flow generating points, municipality zoning and potential properties. With this, Linkages provides a vision of the territory and the feasibility of implementing a new school. In addition to direct-to-point analysis, Linkages conducts workshops and study days with new franchisees.
Wide Education
Due to the changes proposed by the New Secondary Education, training itineraries were implemented, which will allow students to deepen their knowledge in certain areas. In this case, Linkages was used to compose the content of a course in online and in-person modalities, present in one of the itineraries. In this way, we develop planning for the student’s journey that adapts to BNCC’s skills; as well as teacher support materials and practical activities that make up the project.
The Family - English Choice
The Family is a language school that had four units in the city of São José dos Campos. The leadership decided to expand to new business units, and for this it was necessary to access updated market data in order to minimize risks. In this context, Linkages carried out local strategy research, basing the school's expansion strategy on key data and market health indicators. This way, we were able to understand the territorial and market dynamics of the municipality and expand the business units with more chances of success.

Sebrae for Startups
Linkages was hired by Sebrae-SP to provide training and mentoring for companies in São Paulo in the “Project Academy”, a program to train entrepreneurs and qualify proposals submitted to important funding sources in the country, such as FAPESP, SENAI and FINEP.
Campinas Innovative Forum Foundation
Linkages was hired by the entity to structure the Portal Região Campinas, a virtual information environment that aims to attract investments and innovative businesses in the region. In it, it is possible to find data on the 20 municipalities in the region, research institutions, innovation environments, indicators and technological supply and demand. Linkages was responsible for developing the website, building textual content and organizing more than 200 socioeconomic indicators for the metropolitan region of Campinas. We also developed a restricted area for registered users and produced audiovisual promotional material.
Techno Park Campinas
Linkages was responsible for the strategic management of the multidisciplinary team that produced the annual report containing the Techno Park Campinas indicators, considering the annual update of the Park's Strategic Planning, and forwarding it to the São Paulo State Department of Economic Development, through the “São Paulo System of Innovation Environments”.
Promotes
The FOMENTA incubator, in the municipality of Santa Cruz das Palmeiras (SP), aims to train local entrepreneurs, helping the development of companies from their initial stage. Linkages was called on a consultancy basis to coordinate the project's team of building adaptation collaborators.
