Dsc. Lucas Baldoni

10 years of experience in regional socioeconomic research and mapping of entrepreneurship and innovation activities. Post-Doctorate in Administration from the School of Economics and Administration of the University of São Paulo (FEA-USP). Graduated in Geography in the modalities of a bachelor's degree and a bachelor's degree in Environmental Analysis and Geoprocessing from the São Paulo State University (UNESP- 2012). He holds a PhD (2019) and a Master's degree (2015) from the Institute of Geosciences of the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). He was a technical consultant in the planning of actions for 13 Industrial Districts for the Federation of Industries of Minas Gerais (FIEMG). He worked as a consultant at the Unicamp Technology Base Incubator (INCAMP) for level 1 certification by CERNE/ANPROTEC. He worked in the implementation of the FOMENTA Incubator in the municipality of Santa Cruz das Palmeiras (SP). He was a consultant at Techno Park Campinas for accreditation in the São Paulo Innovation Environment System (SPAI/SPTEC) and a consultant at the Galileo Technological and Business Park in Paulínia (SP). He worked on the study entitled "Ecosystem of Hardware Startups in Brazil: Scenarios and Challenges", commissioned by the Brazilian Society of Microelectronics (SBMICRO). He was a technical consultant for the preparation of the georeferenced database, organization of players and thematic maps on the regional ecosystem of Internet of Things (IoT) and Industry 4.0 for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). He collaborated as an evaluator in the Ideaz Program carried out by INOVATIVA, ANPROTEC, SEBRAE and SEPEC/ME. He worked as an Analyst of Innovation Environments at the Science and Technology Park of Unicamp and in the area of entrepreneurship at the Innovation Agency INOVA-UNICAMP. He worked as a Trends Researcher in the Ventures area of Accenture Brazil. He is a guest lecturer on the MBA of Ambiental Pro (Anhanguera Educacional) and in the Executive Education of the Institute of Education and Research (INSPER). He works as a specialist in the AI2 Platform Project, an initiative of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI), Softex Center. Campinas and Von Braun Labs Research Center. He is Director at Linkages, a company specialized in geographic intelligence research and market mapping.
